Is there a charge for postage & handling?
If your order is under $500 then there is a $10 postage and handling fee. If it is more than $500 then there is no postage and handling fee.
How long will it take to get my order?
It should take a week. If there are likely to be any delays you will be notified.
Is your site secure?
